Economics curriculum is designed for the transfer student. Students interested in a Business-Quantitative emphasis should take BUSA 207, 208, ACCT 201 and MATH 160 or 170. Students interested in a Social Science emphasis should take HIST 101,102, PSYC 101 and POLS 102.
The Early Childhood Program, through a combination of classroom time and hands-on practicum, is designed to develop the skills, competencies, and knowledge necessary to provide quality care and education for typical and atypical children from ages 0-8. This program also prepares individuals for assessment for the nationally recognized Child Development Associate Credential. Employment opportunities include such areas as child care, preschool teaching, kindergarten and primary school teacher’s aide, and Head Start family educator. Articulation of some credits into Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Education/Special Education programs is also available.

This curriculum provides year one and two of BSU's Bilingual Education BA degree program and includes core certification. Regular consultations with the program adviser are necessary.
The Electronics Technology program is intended, primarily, as a transfer program to Idaho State University. The fall and spring semesters are equivalent to the first year fall and spring semesters at ISU. The summer semester provides pre-employment training for digital service technicians in addition to meeting the requirements of ISU's summer Digital program. This is a limited enrollment program.
