Spring ‘06 Deploy and Install Clinical Labs in Rural K-12 Sites

8 clinical labs with: Hospital bed with side rails, wheel chair and commode, Manikin, walker and cane, shower chair, linens, blankets, and pillows, disposable materials such as gloves, bandages, reference materials and books, and blood glucose testing equipment.

Spring and Summer’06 Upgrade Digital Connectivity between CSI and MVRMC

CSI and MVRMC, the largest healthcare provider in southern Idaho, will upgrade connections from analog to digital and install surgical booms cameras to facilitate live student to patient interaction, review MRIs, to send data with ambulatory electronic medical record, and to improve employee access to training, etc.

Fall '05-Summer '06 Development of 10 online LPN and RN courses

The development of on-line coursework to fulfill prerequisite and programmatic didactic coursework is critical to the expansion of the CSI Nursing programs. It will result in improved student and employer access to well-qualified and appropriately credentialed personnel.
