These offerings are consolidated here, but are offered in a variety of formats and by several CSI departments. If you are contemplating a move or startup in our southern Idaho region, we can provide training and workforce development support. CSI is an active partner with the Idaho Workforce Training Network (WTN). We'll help assess, design, and deliver your startup training needs.

Through our partnerships with quality providers of online courses, we are able to deliver well over 3,000 courses using web technology. These courses range from IT certification study to leadership development. Ed2Go courses are scheduled and instructor-led, while ACT courses allow for independent study on your own timetable. Gatlin Education provides entire programs of study in particular fields.

Perhaps a degree, program of study, or an academic course is what you need. As a comprehensive community college, CSI has numerous options available, including sequences that can easily fit into transfer schemes at 4-year schools like BSU, ISU, and UI.

The CSI Testing Center provides a wide range of assessment services. From Social Service Worker certification to all IT certifications offered as an Authorized VUE Testing Center, we're fully equipped to provide standard and custom assessment services. basic skills development

Do you need to brushup your skills in math, reading, and writing? Do you want to complete your GED? The Academic Development Center, provides the learning environment for you to do so. Programs and services also include Adult Basic Education to prepare you for the GED, all levels of English as a second language courses (ESL), college study skills, and free tutoring.

magic valley challenge course

If you are working to build trust and teamwork in your group, the Magic Valley Challenge Course may be just the ticket. Experienced facilitators provide a range of activities on the largest Pole Ropes Course west of the Mississippi. The course also includes a 50' climbing wall.

outdoor program

The Outdoor Program encourages participation in outdoor sports and experiential learning. We offer training and equipment in climbing, rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, scuba diving, BASE jumping, and other outdoor activities. We offer ongoing workshops and seminars and invite your participation.
