This course covers the nutrtional, physical, and emotional aspects of healthy weight management. Participants complete a self-directed fitness program and set nutritional goals and incentives. Participants record their progess in a daily journal and submit weekly exercise log sheets. Class members participate in group activities throughout the course. This course may be repeated once.
