5 credits: Orthopedic Surgical Procedures SUFA 296-C
The course will consist of assogned clinical experience as a surgical first assistant in Orthopedic Procedure, a written grand rounds presentation, attendance at Grand Rounds presentations at your local hospital. This clinical rotation will include one day spent in an orthopedic office setting. Student mst scrub a minimum of 35 Orthopedic procedure total + 10 endoscopy procedures with an approved clinical preceptor.
Prerequisites: Application and adissions into the program and proff of personal liablity insurance
