To retrieve a PIN (Private Identification Number) online,
click on the MyCSI
logo on the main CSI page and click the Retrieve PIN
button. Start filling out the online form that asks you for
your CSI Student ID Number, Social Security
Number, birth date (you will have to follow the following
format for the birth date: MM/DD/YYYY e.g. 02/15/1976), click
the Login button.

Your name, Student ID Number, and SSN will be displayed. Click
on the Continue/Update Semester Information button.

If you get an error message, click the Return link and make
the necessary corrections. If the information is correct and
you still get an error message, call the Records Office at (208)
733-9554 ext. 2231. There is an error with either your SSN or
Birth Date which must be corrected.

The next screen will have your CSI Registration Semester
Information. You must update this information for
each semester you are enrolling. Note: the e-mail
address and the term information at the bottom of the screen
are REQUIRED, so you will need to fill out each item in the
form.

You must type a Capital "Y" in the I Understand
box (to indicate that you understand that you must complete
the County Certificate of Residency Form each semester).

Click the Go to Certificate button. You will need to
print out the County Residency form by clicking on the Printable
County Registration button, click Print, and click
the Back button to go back to the login screen. Once
you printed the form, you must type a Capital "Y"
in the box to indicate that you understand you must complete
the County Certificate of Residency Form each semester.

Click Continue with Registration. Print your
ID and PIN so you will not forget them. IMPORTANT: if
you forget your PIN, you will need to go through this process
again.

Click Register Now. Type in your CSI Student ID Number
and PIN and click the Login button.

You will be able to check your grades by clicking on the My
Grades button on the left-hand side of your screen.

You can also register for classes online (after the first
semester) . Take some time to explore and become familiar
with the online system.
