"Finally Home" is a low-cost Home Buyer Education sponsored by
Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. and CSI Community Education.

The Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. has created a AFFORDABLE education program called Finally Home! to help address many issues that potential home owners face. You'll learn all the steps involved in making what will probably be your biggest investment.

Curriculum: Finally Home! will cover everything from whether you can afford home ownership to information about mortgages, closing costs, budgets and home maintenance. It will address financial issues such as:

•  Can I qualify for a mortgage with bad credit or not credit? How much cash do I need to have on hand for closing?
•  If I can't buy a house now, how can I prepare myself for a future purchase?

This class will also explain how to shop for a home that is both affordable and appropriate for your lifestyle:

•  How do I choose a Realtor? What should I look for in a house?
•  How do I make an offe

Other important issues that will be addressed are:

•  Accessing affordable mortgage programs Filling out a loan application
•  Ongoing responsibilities of home ownership

Classes are $10 and include a training manual and expert speakers.

REGISTER TODAY!   Nothing kills a class more quickly than everyone waiting until the last minute to register for it!  At some point, we have to determine if our enrollment is sufficient to hold the class. 
If you are planning to sign up at the first class, we don’t know that.  We may cancel, due to low enrollment, and you will be out of luck.
