Exams:
Exams will consist of closed book true/false, multiple-choice questions along with problems. There will also be open book computer problems. Students who know they will be absent may take an exam early. However, any student who misses a regularly scheduled exam will need to take a comprehensive final during finals week.
Just
like the real world, exams may contain more material than can be completed
during the time allotted for testing.
Please budget your time when doing a test. Complete the easiest problems first.
Problems:
There are 13 chapters with problems assigned. The problems from one chapter will be worth 30 points. To receive the 30 points, students must either turn in problems when they are due or before they are due. Students will receive ½ credit for problems turned in after the due date. Some must be completed using EXCEL. These problems will be noted in class.
Problems

distribution, normal distributions, sampling methods, trends, cycles, simple
correlation, and regression.
2.
An
understanding of how the above mentioned techniques can be applied to business
situations.
Outcomes Assessment:
Student completion of the course objectives will be measured by:
1.
