General Course Descriptions

PARA 101, 101L, and 101C: Advanced topics such as introduction to prehospital care, medical/legal aspects, ethics, pathophysiology, pharmacology, assessment, airway management, and trauma care.

PARA 201, 201L, and 201C: Advanced medical topics such as pulmonology, cardiology, hematology, psychiatry, pediatrics, obstetrics, and patients with special needs.

PARA 244, 244L, and 244C: Advanced topics in special operations and 405 hour (minimum) field internship.
