"The Small Business Development Center at CSI is a wonderful asset for Southern Idaho. The services provided to the community aid in creating new jobs and help direct capital investment in new and existing businesses. The healthy, growing economy in Idaho provides innumerable small businesses opportunities, yet the pitfalls and potential for financial ruin exist alongside. Growth, coupled with ever-changing technology, demands that businesses change their methods of operation or fail.
The SBDC facilitated the growth and development of our business. We've learned to seek out new or different ways to meet the demands of the business world. The easy access to information, training services, and advice the SBDC offers is unavailable anywhere else in this part of Idaho. As a manager, the time available to develop new business methods is limited. The SBDC offers clear, concise opportunities to learn and grow.
The whole Southern Idaho community benefits from the SBDC at CSI. The creation of jobs, development of manpower, enhancement of income, growth of new business ideas, and the reduction of bankruptcies improve the quality of life for all of us here in the Magic Valley. Today's business climate offers unlimited but each opportunity must be approached with an organized, well thought-out plan to be successful." Charles & Christina Thompson,
