Testing Center Policies

  1. SIGN IN.
  2. SHOW PICTURE ID.
  3. LEAVE ALL BOOKS, PAPERS, DRINKS, ETC., ON THE BOOKSHELF.
  4. PURSES MUST BE CLOSED AND PLACED UNDER CHAIR IN TESTING ROOM.
  5. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN TESTING ROOM.
  6. PLAN AHEAD! Allow enough time to complete a test. Interrupting a test will invalidate it. When closing hours are reached, all tests will be picked up and considered completed.
  7. You must sit in the testing area or another area designated by the tester. Moving from this area without permission could be construed as an attempt to cheat.
  8. Separate yourself from any student who may be taking the same test. Sitting next to such a student could be construed as cheating.
  9. Do not talk in the testing area.
  10. When you have finished, the test must be returned directly to the testing deskÑalong with any scratch paper.
  11. Those found or suspected of cheating will be asked to immediately hand in tests, the course instructor will be notified, and the test may not be retaken without written permission of the instructor.
  12. No tests will be given out within one hour of closing time.
  13. All electronic paging devices or phones must be turned off when entering the Testing Center.
  14. We provide scratch paper, so if we fail to offer, please ask. You are not to take your own.

IT IS A PRIVILEGE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE TESTS AT YOUR CONVENIENCE AT THE TESTING CENTER. PLEASE DO NOT ABUSE THIS PRIVILEGE!
