Identification Cards

CSI student identification cards are issued after you have registered for classes. Simply bring a photo ID (e.g., driver's license, state ID, passport) with you to the Admissions & Records Office so we can verify your eligibility. Your ID card must be carried at all times when on campus. It is used for identification, meal plan utilization, as well as testing center and recreation center access. When your tuition and fees are paid, or you have signed a Tuition Loan Agreement, make sure to get your activities sticker for the semester so you can check books out of the library, go to student events, and more! Your first card is free and replacement cards are available for a fee of $3.
