Set up Your MyCSI account

Once you receive your Student ID number, log onto http://www.csi.edu/currentStudents_/mycsi/index.html to retrieve your PIN.
Your PIN is your temporary password for MYCSI, CSI’s online student services portal. There are many services available to students through MyCSI including:

  • Browsing course schedules
  • Adding/Dropping classes
  • Accessing and printing schedules
  • Checking and paying account balances
  • Changing address/personal information
  • Checking grades
  • Printing unofficial transcripts
  • Ordering official transcripts
  • Printing enrollment/degree verification
  • Generating graduation audits
  • And much more!

Write down the PIN and continue to log-in to MyCSI. Enter you Student ID number and the PIN as your password. Congratulations! You have logged into MyCSI. The PIN will continue to be your password until you are registered in classes, or for the next 24 hours (whichever comes first), after which it will switch to your DOB. You are strongly encouraged to change your password. Make sure it is something you will remember but is not easily guessable!

Meet with your degree/program advisor

First year and Liberal Arts students should meet with an advisor in the Advising Center to help select classes. All other degree seeking students should meet with their degree/program advisor. It is important to meet with your advisor before registering for classes to ensure you have met all required pre- and co- requisites, and are on track for graduation. Meeting with an advisor will save you time, stress, and maybe even money!

Register online

Avoid the lines and easily find open classes by registering online through MyCSI! Log in and click on “Records and Registration”. You may be asked to complete a Personal Information Update. This is to ensure we have the most up to date information on your account. After you complete the info update, you can search course schedules and quickly add and drop classes! By registering online, you eliminate having to wait in line, fill out advising waivers, or semester registration forms! Remember- the add/drop period ends on the first Friday of the first week of the semester.

Turn in a Certificate of Residency

You can access the Certificate of Residency online. Complete the form and return to the CSI Business Office.

Pay Online

You can check your account balances and pay online through MyCSI. Simply log in, and select “Money Matters” from the menu bar. This is the priority payment option. After you make a payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
*You can make payment for Tuition Loan Agreements online, but the agreement must be filled out and signed in person.

Get your Semester Sticker

The semester sticker is placed on your student ID card after your balance has been paid in full, or you have made the first payment on your Tuition Loan Agreement. The sticker indicates you are a paid student and you can:

  • Check books out of the library
  • Pay the student rate at sporting events and activities
  • Have access to student activities such as Bowling and Movie Night
  • Use the Recreation Center (Fulltime students have FREE access to the fitness center facilities)

Activate your EagleOne Card

Every student registered for one or more credit classes will receive an EagleOne card in the mail. This card will go to the mailing address on file, so make sure it is up to date! When you receive the card, go online to CSIEagleOneCard.com to activate the card and set up your account. You will need to have your identity verified, as well. You can do this by contacting HigherOne, or by visiting the CSI Admissions and Records Office. The preference you select when you activate will be how you receive any financial aid loans, grants, or scholarships. Even if you are not receiving financial aid, put the card in a safe and secure place in case you need it in the future!
