Step-by Step Instructions



IMPORTANT:

  • You need to make the change both in MyCSI and with the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Changing one of them does NOT change the other and vice versa.

All students must ensure that their address is correct in our computer system (MyCSI) and with the U.S. Postal Service.  Not having the correct address can cause serious problems for you (e.g. not receiving financial aid credit balance/refunds in a timely fashion, not receiving important communication from the College as mail gets lost or returned, increasing the risk of strangers and/or criminals accessing your mail, etc.). 

MyCSI logoPlease log in to MyCSI to check the address on file and make any necessary updates.  To update your address in MyCSI follow these simple steps:

  • Click Personal Info (next to your name in upper left hand corner)
  • Click Biographical Info tab in the gray banner
  • Check your address on file carefully to make sure that it is correct
  • If you need to make any changes, click on the pencil icon Edit to edit your address
  • Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page

Note: A staff member at the Records Office receives and reviews/approves address change requests submitted online (i.e. the change is NOT instantaneous). 
Students may also submit the paper address change form to the Matrix or to any off-campus center office.

If you moved recently, you also need to contact the U.S. Post Office to make sure that they also have your correct new address.  You can change your address online.
