Jeanie Clemmer-Rodriguez is a graduate of the College of Southern Idaho and a former employee. Jeanie graduated from CSI with an A.A. degree in Elementary Education and an A.A. in Secondary Education. Later she graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Jeanieís pursuit of her bachelorís degree was interrupted by the Iraq war when she was called to active duty by the Army for 18 months. She resumed her studies upon her return from Iraq and completed her B.S. degree through ISUís extension program right here on the CSI campus. Jeanie has earned two A.A.S. degrees from the U.S. Air Force, one in Aircraft Weapons and the other in Electrical/Mechanical Technology. She is currently serving in the Idaho Army National Guard and has over 15 years of military service. Jeanie is a veteran of Desert Storm and Desert Shield. She has been awarded a Purple Heart and the Air Force Commendation with Valor. She will begin her teaching career in Elko, Nevada, where she lives with her husband and children.
