Debi is currently the Director of the Academic Development Center at CSI. She has been Director of Center for New Directions, CSI Childcare Center, and Chair of Trade and Industry Department at CSI. She spent one year at Yakima Valley Community College in Washington, where she was Dean of the Grandview Campus.

Debi began her college career taking classes at CSI. She then went on to receive her B.S.Ed in Trade and Technical Education from the University of Idaho; her M.Ed in Counseling from Albertson College of Idaho; and graduate studies from Oregon State University, University of Idaho, and Idaho State University. She is currently completing her dissertation for an Ed.D.

Debi began working at CSI when she was 20 years old. This opened the door for her to receive her education at CSI, ultimately leading her to pursue advanced degrees through various institutions of higher education.
