Connie Stout

CSI Graduate
Certificate of Completion, Information Processing Specialist
Technical Certificate, Medical Office Assistant

After Connie's husband passed away, Connie decided she would come to CSI to gain the skills and knowledge to go into the workforce. Connie graduated from the College of Southern Idaho in 1985. She worked at Terry Dodds Accounting firm, but after completing the program, she was hired at the College of Southern Idaho as an academic secretary for the Shields building.

Connie currently works for the English, Foreign/Sign Languages, Philosophy, Math, Computer Science, Engineering and Biology Departments at CSI as Office Specialist. Connie is in her 22nd year at CSI and received the 2006-2007 Classified Employee of the Year Award.

Completing her degree at CSI helped Connie to not only gain the necessary skills to achieve her goals, but also gave her confidence to enter the workforce.
