You may e-mail the Center Training Coordinator for a list of current trainings at srust@csi.edu or download our enrollment form, complete and mail to the Small Business Development Center with your personal check, money order or credit/debit card information. Please use your credit/debit card mailing address on your enrollment form if you pay in that manner.
REFUND POLICY: If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. If a class is dropped by a student prior to the class start date, a full refund, less a $15 processing fee may be issued. No refunds will be issued without a written request from the person dropping the class or after class begins.
