Service Renewal Request (Academic Year 2011-2012)

CSI Faculty and Staff:  If you would like to regularly receive a copy of the table of contents choose from the journals listed below.

How to receive an article:

Highlight the one article title on the table of contents and send it to Lucy Fait - Library with your name and building.

Under copyright regulations we can provide a copy of one article per journal issue.

Submit your request by email: Information needed to fulfill your request:

  • Journal name, month, day, year, volume, issue number
  • Title of article, page number
  • Your name, building, and department.

Email: lfait@csi.edu Articles will be sent in PDF format by email.

Please Note: Last year’s 2010-2011 requests are obsolete. You must submit your renewal request online if you wish to receive this service during 2011-2012.
