The Physical Plant Department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all campus property including buildings, grounds, equipment, parking, motor pool, and any associated activities that make the college a safe, clean, and modern learning environment.
Maintenance Service
All routine maintenance service/work requests/keys must be requested through the work order system with accurate descriptions, specific locations, and if the requestis an emergency. The maintenance office is open for regular business from 7:30am through 4:30 pm daily except Saturday and Sunday. The office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for assistance and emergencies and can be reached at 732-6600.
