Returning Student

Students returning to CSI after an absence of two years or more should follow these steps.

  1. Apply for Admission
  2. Submit Placement Scores for English & Math
    • Applicants can take the CSI Placement Tests. Students may meet this requirement with transfer credits from another institution or ACT or SAT scores that are no more than 3 years old. CSI accepts ACT or SAT scores sent directly from the testing service or reported on the official high school transcript.
  3. Submit Your Official High School or GED Transcript
    • Submit a final transcript confirming graduation and showing all academic course work. This is important for students who intend to apply for financial aid or scholarships.
  4. Submit Official College Transcripts
    • Submit official college transcripts reporting all your transfer work from every college and university you attended since you last enrolled at CSI.
  5. Schedule An Appointment
    • Contact an adviser in the CSI Advising Center to select classes. You will sign up for student orientation (SOAR) if you have not completed it previously.
