#8 North College Entry onto campus across from the Herrett, south and west of the stop sign (one sided banner frame)

#6 Frontier Road and North College west of stop sign (two sided banner frame)

#7 North College Road just east of the front HSHS berm and west of the Perrine Coulee (two sided banner frame)

#9 Softball Field and North College entry just south and west of the stop sign on top of berm (two sided banner frame)

#5 Maintenance Road and Frontier Road on the north and west side of the intersection (two sided banner frame)

#3 West of main entry on top of berm (two sided banner frame)

#4 Falls and Frontier west of the Falls coulee bridge (two sided banner frame)

CONDITIONS

Banner Requests must be submitted at least one month (30 days) prior to placement. A Banner Request meeting is held each Monday morning at 8am to approve applications. All Banner Requests must be received prior to 12pm on Friday to be read at the Monday morning meetings. Once the request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation that must be signed and returned prior to the event date. Your organization is encouraged to wait until you receive approval before you order your banners.

Banners need to be ordered at the dimension of 3' X 8'. You are encouraged to have them made with sturdy material that will withstand windy conditions, complete with air vents to keep them from tearing. They must be equipped with grommets in each corner, centers of top, bottom and sides, plus half the distance between corners and center on each side top and bottom. A copy of banner layout is available from the Maintenance Department. All banner frame locations are angled to allow both sides of each banner to be seen from multiple directions with the exception of one, which is #1 below. Two-sided banners with your message on each side are encouraged. You may submit (2) one-sided banners for each sign if you prefer. Banners may be made with the message on both sides, or just place two banners on each frame.

The College of Southern Idaho will not be responsible for any damage to banners/signs that occur between time of delivery and time of pick up. The College of Southern Idaho Maintenance Dept. will be responsible for placement and removal of your banner in the location you choose.

If your banner is not picked up from the College of Southern Idaho Maintenance Dept. within 2 weeks of the end of your event or listed Pick Up Date/Time, the banner/sign will be disposed of.
