Add, Drop, or Audit Classes

Adding and Dropping Classes

We encourage you to have your class schedule finalized before the first day of classes. Registration prior to the first day of classes can be completed through your MYCSI or by submitting an add/drop form to the Office of the Registrar. You may also send an email to records@csi.edu, but be sure to include your Name, ID number, class and section, and the term (see example below). Please send the email from your CSI email account. If you do not yet have a CSI account, send the email from the email account you have on file.

The open registration period closes at Noon on Wednesday of the first week. Courses may be dropped through Sunday following the first week.

Auditing a Class

If you decide you change to audit and receive zero credits for a class you are taking, you will need to email the Enrollment Services Team at enrollment@csi.edu. Submit an add form with the box for “audit” checked. Be sure to include your Name, ID number, class and section, and requested term. Please send the email from you CSI email account.
