Request for Proposal (RFP) College Operations Software Solution

Addendum 1 to RFP


The College of Southern Idaho is soliciting proposals from vendors in order to provide a solution that includes SIS, ERP, and CRM capabilities that are designed to support the higher education industry, specifically two-year community colleges.


  • The solution provides out-of-the-box functionality to support all major types of CSI students including:
    • Degree-seeking
    • Non-degree seeking (credit-bearing)
    • Non-degree seeking (non-credit bearing)
    • Dual Credit
    • Workforce Development (Apprenticeship, Open Enrollment, Custom, Health Sciences)
    • Professional Development
    • Community Education
    • Adult Basic Education/GED
    • Active Aging
    • Multi-role (e.g., any combination of the above types of students, such as a full-time employee that is also a degree-seeking student on weekends, an adjunct instructor during the summer, and participates in Community Education courses)
  • Provides out-of-the-box functionality for most or all SIS, ERP, and CRM capabilities without the need for custom software development.
  • The ability to seamlessly integrate with CSI systems and applications and common software systems designed for the higher education industry.
  • Provides an intuitive, consistent, and personalized digital experience across all modern computing devices (e.g., web, mobile, and touch devices).
  • Will provide users with a common application interface for all college operations encompassed in SIS, ERP, and CRM capabilities.
  • Will help CSI standardize its operations, streamline its processes, and reduce the duplication of software functionality in the environment.
  • Aligns with industry standards that help CSI deliver an integrated, scalable, and resilient enterprise architecture.

Vendor Responses Due Date

RFP Responses are due by Friday, June 12, 2020, at 2 p.m. MT. They should be submitted to the office of the Vice President of Administration, Taylor Building, 315 Falls Avenue, Twin Falls, Idaho, 83301, and then will be publicly opened. The outside of each proposal should clearly indicate “Proposal for College Operations Software Solution.”
