For your convenience, you can order copies of your official transcripts online.

  • Standard Processing time for official transcript requests is 1-3 business days.
  • Rush Orders: within 24 hours of receipt, not including weekends, holidays, breaks or other school closures.

Unofficial CSI Transcripts

MyCSICurrent students (students who attended CSI within the last couple of years):

Students who have attended CSI within the past two years can view and print their unofficial transcripts any time through MyCSI for free.

Past students (students who last attended CSI more than two years ago):

Students who attended more than two years ago will not be able to view their unofficial transcripts online, but may bring a completed Transcript Request Form to the Admissions & Records Office with appropriate payment. Or mail your request with appropriate payment to:

Fees

All transcript requests received (e.g. submitted online, dropped off, mailed in) must be accompanied by the required fees. Requests received without the appropriate fees will NOT be processed.

Official Transcript Standard Processing Fees

  • Mailed or picked up in person: $7 per transcript
  • Faxed: $10 per transcript - Student should verify transfer institution’s policy on faxed transcripts.

 Special Fees in Addition to Standard Processing Fees

  • Rush Orders: $10 additional ($10 plus the applicable per transcript fee, mail/fax fees); processed within 24 hours of receipt; does not include weekends, holidays, breaks or other school closures
  • Priority Mail: $10 additional ($10 plus the applicable per transcript fee)
  • UPS/FedEx/International Delivery: $25 additional ($25 plus the applicable per transcript fee)

Unofficial Transcript Standard Processing Fee

  • Free if accessed online by the student through MyCSI
  • Mailed or picked up in person: $2 per transcript
  • Faxed: $5 per transcript - Student should verify transfer institution’s policy on faxed transcripts.

CSI Transcripts That May Not Be Released

Requests received without the appropriate fees will NOT be processed. Official CSI transcripts will not be released if there are HOLDS (financial or other) on the student's account.Until financial obligations are cleared by the student (or stayed by bankruptcy proceedings or discharged in bankruptcy) CSI will not issue official transcripts. Students have a right to review the records and to request a hearing if they believe that no debt is owed or the amount of debt is incorrect. 

CSI will not issue transcripts of work completed at other institutions, students need to order directly from the original source.
