The Computing Help Desk provides computer technical support for CSI administration, faculty and staff. A Computing Help Desk web site is maintained at myhelpdesk.csi.edu to keep updated information about customers support calls. In addition to full and part time staff, student interns and work studies assist the Computing Help Desk
The Computing Help Desk also maintains computer classrooms, labs and teaching stations. They also facilitate faculty software requests, multimedia / AV requests and basic telephone support. For software training or tutoring and multimedia equipment training, faculty and staff are encouraged to contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call ext. 6311.
