Trans IV Buses have been providing personalized public transportation to the people of the Magic Valley since October 1979. A variety of services are offered to meet the need of working commuters, students (1st Grade through college), agency clients, the elderly, and the disabled. For more information, call 736-2133.
Scheduled buses operate in the mornings and afternoons between Twin Falls and Kimberly, Jerome, Wendell, Filer, Buhl and Burley, Monday through Friday. Please call 736-2133 for current stop locations and times.
Within Twin Falls, daily scheduled service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This service considers each passenger's daily transportation needs and, with the aid of a computer, his or her individual schedule is worked into flexible routes.
For people with special needs, there are Dial-A-Ride buses available. These dial-a-ride, door-to-door services are operated in Twin Falls between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Wheelchair lift-equipped buses operated by specially trained drivers will pick up people, assist them on and off the bus, if needed, at pre-appointed times and locations (i.e., doctor appointments, agency appointments, grocery shopping, etc.). Returns are anticipated, requiring a call to dispatch buses when ready. The radio-equipped buses can usually accommodate a return within 15 minutes.
