The College of Southern Idaho (CSI) is thankful for the service and the sacrifice that current service members and veterans have made and continue to make for our country. With that said, CSI wants to make the process for receiving Veteran Affairs (VA) educational benefits as easy as possible. Veteran Services at CSI are provided by Shannon Kerr, CSI Veteran's Certifying Officials, and the CSI Advising Center. Both are located in the Matrix Center, inside the Taylor Administration Building. After registering for classes each semester, veterans must complete the CSI Veterans Certification Form and turn the form in to the Front Line of the Admissions and Records area. It is important to remember that students receiving VA educational benefits may also be eligible to receive financial aid and/or scholarships through the CSI Financial Aid and Scholarship Office.
The Veterans Services webpage contains information about the different kinds of VA educational benefits, how to apply for them, important policies and VA resources both on and off campus. Also included are links to other important student resources at CSI.
