Join the Centennial Observatory for Transit of Mercury on Monday, November 11, 2019 from 7:15 - 11:15 AM. For the first time since 2016, and the last until 2049, Idaho will see Mercury traverse the sun’s face.

The sun rises at 7:24 AM with the transit already in progress. Mid-transit is at 8:20 AM, and Mercury will have exited the solar disk by 11:04 AM. Solar telescopes provided for safe viewing. Weather permitting.
