Juniors and Seniors around the Magic Valley will have the opportunity to explore CSI’s Agriculture department in-depth with information sessions and hands-on activities. Students interested in the following programs should register; Horticulture, Equine Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Vet Tech, Animal Science, Aquaculture, Food Processing, and Ag Diesel. Space is limited to the first 100 people.

Aquaculture: Students will learn about the expanding needs in the commercial aquaculture industry, degree requirements, and visit the college hatchery.
Note: Students selecting Aquaculture will not be able to participate in session 2 due to traveling time.
Equine Studies: Students will receive information about the many aspects of the horse industry and managing their own horses. The session will include degree requirements and hands-on activities.
Agriculture: Students will learn about program requirements, course descriptions, transferability, and interact one-on-one with the advisor.
Animal Science: Students will learn about the program curriculum (genetics, physiology, and nutrition), career possibilities, transferability, and participate in hands-on activities.
Geospatial Technology in Agriculture: Students will learn about some of the newest technology options in agriculture.
