Join us for an inspiring Mental Health Summit centered on Balance and Belonging: Mental Resilience from the Blue Zones sponsored by the College of Southern Idaho and St. Luke’s. This unique event explores the core pillars of mental well-being through the lens of the world’s longest-living, happiest communities—known as the Blue Zones. Through sessions focused on movement, nutrition, connection, and cultivating a more positive outlook, participants will gain practical tools to enhance resilience, build meaningful relationships, and foster a sense of purpose and belonging. Discover how small lifestyle shifts rooted in timeless wisdom can lead to lasting mental balance and vibrant health.
