Title V Grant

In 2022, the College of Southern Idaho (CSI) was awarded a significant federal grant through Title V of the Higher Education Act based on its designation as a Hispanic-Serving Institution because CSI’s student population was at least 25% Hispanic. CSI used the federal grant to partner with the Jerome School District, which had a low “go-on” rate, in order to increase the number of students pursuing postsecondary education.

The grant ended in 2025, with final expenditures through September 2026.
