White Christmas lights on the branches of a Christmas Tree

CSI's Third Annual Christmas Tree Lighting

The College of Southern Idaho is hosting its third annual Christmas Tree Lighting at 5:30 PM on Thursday, December 1st.

The tree lighting will occur with a ceremony at the main entrance of the Fine Arts building and the public is invited to attend. CSI President Dr. Dean Fisher will give some remarks at the ceremony and favorite holiday music selections will be sung by the CSI Madrigals. For those who would like to attend in person, all participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for cool to cold weather. Please feel free to stroll through the lights after the lighting event.

The College is offering a live stream of the event. You may find the video at the bottom of this page. The lights will remain on until January 1, 2023, for you to view at a later time. The lights are located next to the Taylor building on the main CSI campus in Twin Falls.

This event is brought to you by the CSI Faculty Staff Connections Committee, CSI President Fisher, CSI Provost Schwarz, the CSI Maintenance Department, and the CSI Office of Marketing and Communication.
