CSI Announces Alumni Hall of Fame Celebration Inductees

TWIN FALLS, ID — The College of Southern Idaho (CSI) is proud to announce the 2026 distinguished inductees into the Alumni Hall of Fame. These honorees exemplify the excellence, leadership, advocacy, and service that define the CSI spirit. The Alumni Hall of Fame Celebration will take place on Saturday, April 18 in the CSI Gymnasium, honoring exceptional individuals whose contributions have made a lasting impact in their fields, and communities.

There will be two inductees for the category of Advocacy for Higher Education. Cally Roach (’85) will be honored for her ongoing commitment to advancing higher education in the State of Idaho. Among her many involvements, Cally has served on the WWAMI/University of Idaho advisory board, the Idaho Business of Education board of directors, and is a former CSI Foundation board president. She was appointed by Governor Little to serve on the State Board of Education and currently serves as the Secretary of the Instruction, Research, and Student Affairs (IRSA) Committee. Amanda Moore-Kriwox (’99) will be recognized for her contributions to develop educational opportunities for place-bound college students and those requiring distance education offerings. Amanda continued her education after CSI with the University of Idaho in Ag Education going on to become the program coordinator for the 2+2 degree in Agriscience and Technology. Amanda has advised and mentored countless CSI agriculture students and aided many in continuing their educational journey.

Additionally, there will be two inductees recognized for their Community Service. Ellen Neff (’71) will be celebrated for her dedication in the field of Early Childhood Education in the Magic Valley and throughout Idaho. She has spent time educating, serving on boards, councils, and collaboratives including the Idaho Infant Toddler Advisory Council, Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children, the Southern Idaho Learning Center, and the Idaho Head Start Interagency Council. Ellen’s mission and heart have been to raise the quality of care and education for the youngest of our community.

Don Hall (’05) will be honored for his long and distinguished record of civic engagement and volunteer service in the Magic Valley. Through leadership roles in local government, nonprofit organizations, faith-based groups, law enforcement and public safety, Don has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to public service and community leadership. His work in healthcare, public health, youth development, local government and as a community volunteer has helped strengthen the quality of life for countless residents.

Terry Rowe (’71) will be recognized for her Professional Accomplishments as a seasoned executive and nonprofit leader with more than four decades of experience in financial services, organizational leadership, professional education, and philanthropic development. Terry currently serves at the Development Officer and Annual Programs and Events Coordinator for St. Luke’s Magic Valley Health Foundation.

Daniela Vargas-Aguilar (’23) will be celebrated as this year’s Rising Star. Daniela graduated from CSI with a Criminal Justice Degree and was hired by the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office where she is currently a patrol deputy in Ketchum. She demonstrates selfless service, professional excellence, and fosters meaningful relationships in the law enforcement profession where she goes above and beyond her duties as a patrol deputy.
