Originally from American Samoa, Bryson grew up as the youngest in his family, helping take care of the meal duties where he developed a love for cooking. He may be our newest faculty member in the Culinary Arts Program, but he's a familiar face in the CSI kitchen. After spending the last year as a Lab Assistant in the department, Bryson will now be bringing his enthusiasm and expressive t-shirts to his own classes! He loves working with students of all ages and takes pride in helping them achieve the same feeling of accomplishment in the kitchen that he found joy in.
