For our new agriculture instructor Dan Lauritzen, he's all about roots (and not just beet roots)! Dan grew up in Hagerman before coming to CSI to earn his degree. After attending the University of Idaho to receive his bachelor's degree, he returned home to the Magic Valley. Now teaching his own classes, he's all about helping his students get out of the traditional classroom setting to expand their learning. Just like here where he took his students out to measure beetroots in the field!
