Regardless of economic conditions, food insecurity is a common challenge on college campuses nationwide. Wilf Costello, the Chief Commercial Officer of Cheese and Marketing at Glanbia recognizes the importance of Gilbert’s Pantry to CSI Students and staff. It’s important that we continue to supply nutritional products to the student population as we continue to partner with the College of Southern Idaho. And who doesn’t love cheese!”

CSI appreciates the continued partnerships with local businesses and the community to help further our ability to help our students and staff. Gilbert’s Pantry not only offers nutritious food for those who need it, but also has hygiene products like razors, shampoo, deodorant and more to help lessen the financial burden of products that are needed on a daily basis. CSI is proud of Gilbert’s Pantry and we could not keep it stocked without community partnerships like this one.
