Enrollment Management Professional Earns Endorsement and Digital Badge

WASHINGTON DC—Polly Hulsey, Dean of Student Access at the College of Southern Idaho, has earned the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Endorsement from the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (AACRAO).
Dean Hulsey is among an elite group of only 73 individuals internationally to earn this Endorsement and is the first individual from the state of Idaho to receive the Endorsement. Dean Hulsey is receiving the SEM Endorsement Badge through Credly and her name will soon appear in the national registry.
This Endorsement signifies that Hulsey has developed skills in the field of strategic enrollment management to meet the current and future challenges in the industry, and that proficiencies in a variety aspects of enrollment management have been achieved.
About the Graduate
Dean Hulsey earned her master’s degree in Management Organizational Leadership from George Fox University and is currently a doctoral candidate in the Educational Leadership Ed.D. degree in Higher Education Administration through Idaho State University. In her current role at the College of Southern Idaho, she oversees Admissions, Bridge to Success, Events and Outreach, Early College (Dual Credit and Transition Coordination) and the institution’s Off-Campus Centers. Dean Hulsey has been instrumental in contributing her time and efforts through holding various offices in numerous community service organizations throughout the Magic and Treasure Valleys.

AACRAO's Strategic Enrollment Management Endorsement Program (SEM-EP) provides a well-defined, self-paced professional development program and career advancement track for in-service enrollment service professionals. The endorsement is a unique credential in the field and provides assurance of a strong foundation and understanding of enrollment management functions in a higher education setting. This endorsement is an international acknowledgement of enrollment management professionalism.
About the Program
Through a series of educational experiences with defined learning outcomes, SEM-EP is an accepted structure that underscores a set of uniform activities guided by association and industry best practices and resources. Admission to the program is competitive.
About AACRAO
Founded in 1910, AACRAO is a nonprofit, voluntary, professional association of more than 11,000 higher-education professionals who represent roughly 2,600 institutions in more than forty countries. AACRAO represents institutions in every part of the higher education community, from large public institutions to small, private liberal arts colleges.
