The Baking and Pastry program is designed to provide students with skills needed for an entry-level position in a variety of baking environments including independent and in-store bakeries as well as large commercial bakeries, restaurants and hotels. This is an in-person, limited enrollment program that admits only once a year and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prepare for Registration: Make an appointment with an Enrollment Specialist to declare your major and get registration clearance.
Once you have been accepted into the Baking and Pastry program, you need to meet regularly with an academic advisor. Regular meetings with your advisor are essential to staying on track for graduation. Advisors help students select appropriate courses, understand program requirements, and plan a sequence that aligns with their goals and timelines.
