The Collision Repair Technology Program is designed to provide the technical and professional competence required for entry-level technicians. The program involves classroom and lab experience on CSI vehicles and working at a new vehicle dealership or independent auto body shop. This is a limited enrollment program that only admits students in the fall semester.
Apply to CSI and become a Golden Eagle: Fill out the free online form to Apply to CSI, then watch your email for your acceptance letter and instructions to get set up as a new student.
Take a mechanical reasoning test: All applicants interested in the Collision Repair Technology program need to complete the mechanical reasoning test in the CSI Testing Center. You will need your CSI student ID number and a valid photo ID with you in order to take the test. This is a timed 12-minute test. You must arrive one hour before closing, so be sure to check the current CSI Testing Center hours of operation.

Once you have been accepted into the Collision Repair Technology program, you need to meet regularly with an academic advisor. Regular meetings with your advisor are essential to staying on track for graduation. Advisors help students select appropriate courses, understand program requirements, and plan a sequence that aligns with their goals and timelines.
