Admission Steps

Students will learn the latest version of CAD (Computer Assist Design) software Solidworks, and CAM (Computer Assist Machining) software Mastercam. This is an in-person program.

  1. Apply to be a Golden Eagle
  2. Check email for a Letter of Acceptance containing a new CSI Student ID number
  3. Prepare to enter the Machining and Manufacturing Technology program: Watch the linked video for important information about the program.

  4. Schedule an appointment with program instructor Jim Kellis
  5. Make an appointment with an Enrollment Specialist to declare your major and get registration clearance

Post-Acceptance Steps

Once you have been accepted into the Machining and Manufacturing program, you need to meet regularly with an academic advisor. Regular meetings with your advisor are essential to staying on track for graduation. Advisors help students select the appropriate courses, understand program requirements, and plan a sequence that aligns with their goals and timelines.
