College of Southern Idaho offers a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Operations Management. Applied baccalaureate degrees build upon the skills gained in a two-year Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree. This program allows students to build upon their technical expertise and knowledge acquired in attaining an AAS. It fosters the development of communication, project management skills, critical thinking, computation, people-management skills, and decision-making abilities within a broader context rather than a single vocation. Students who hold an Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree can also complete this program, but they will be required to complete additional credits related to Career-Technical Education (CTE). Students with an AA or an AS should work closely with their advisor to complete the required CTE course requirements.
