Instructions for Outside Scholarships

If you are a donor submitting a scholarship for a CSI student, it must be processed through the CSI Business Office. Follow these steps to:

  1. Send the scholarship check to:
College of Southern Idaho Business Office
PO Box 1238
Twin Falls, ID 83303-1238.
  1. Along with the check please provide us with the instructions on rules and regulations required of the recipient to receive the scholarship. We can track these rules through our office to ensure your requests are being met. Please provide the information below:
    • Recipients Name and CSI student ID #
    • Semester(s) for which the scholarship applies (ex. fall, spring, summer, or split between fall and spring)
    • The number of credits the student must be enrolled in to be eligible to receive the scholarship
    • Any other rules or regulations
  2. Once the check is received it will be processed and put on the students' account promptly. During our peak time (August and January) please allow two weeks to see the funds disburse to the student account. If this time frame causes any problems, please contact the Business Office.
  3. Students will be able to view and accept any outside scholarships in their Net Partner once they have been processed. They should expect to see them on their student account the next Tuesday or Friday after they are accepted in their Net Partner.
  4. If the donor requires verification of a student's information or if you have any questions, please contact the CSI Scholarship Office or Business Office for assistance.
