Pay Tuition or Fees

Supporting your student’s college journey is a powerful gift - and it’s easier than you might think. Whether you choose to mail a check, pay in person or by phone, or use a college savings account, your contribution can make a meaningful impact. Every step you take helps your student stay focused, confident, and ready for success.

Check or Credit Card

Parents and family members can pay on their student's account balance in several easy ways.

  • In Person – Stop by CSI Eagle Central (directions) and make a payment. You'll need to provide your student’s CSI ID number so we can correctly apply the payment.

  • Over the phone - You can also pay over the phone, by calling Enrollment Services at (208) 732-6250. Be sure to have your student's full name and CSI ID number when you call. 

  • By Mail – You can also send a check. Be sure to include your student's full name and CSI ID number in the memo line so it is credited to the right account.

  • Online and Payment Plans - Only the student can log in to their MyCSI account to apply payments or set up payment plans. You can remind your student that step-by-step instructions are available inside MyCSI Help Docs. 

If you're not sure what your student’s ID number is, please check with them before making a payment. Partial payments are allowed. See Tuition and Fees: Amounts and Deadlines for payment amounts, deadlines, late fees, and drop-for-non-payment policies. For privacy (FERPA), we cannot share your student’s account balance.

College Savings Plan

It's easy to use your college savings (529) plan to pay CSI directly. When requesting a payment from your 529 provider, choose the option to send funds directly to the school.

Be sure to include:

  • Your student's full name

  • Their CSI ID number

Tip: Plan ahead! Some 529 payments take up to 10 business days.
