Trans IV Bus Service in Twin Falls, ID

woman boarding a bus in Twin Falls IdahoTrans IV Buses have been providing personalized public transportation to the people of Magic Valley since October 1979. A variety of services are offered to meet the needs of working commuters, students, agency clients, the elderly, and the disabled.

Demand Response Service

Demand Response buses operate in the mornings and afternoons for Twin Falls and Kimberly. Rides need to be scheduled the day before the ride is needed by 2 PM that afternoon by calling (208) 736-2133. All service currently provided is by appointment. Normal operating hours for Trans IV is 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.

No show policy - 3 no shows in a 30 day period will result in no service for the next 30 days.

Dial-A-Ride for In-Town Commuters

In Twin Falls and Kimberly, daily scheduled service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This service considers each passenger's daily transportation needs and, with the aid of a computer, his or her individual schedule is worked into flexible routes.

Special Services Offered by Trans IV Buses

Trans IV's service is curb-to-curb. These services are currently available in Twin Falls and Kimberly. All our equipment is, ADA approved, lift-equipped, and operated by trained drivers who will assist people on and off the bus, if needed.

  • Luggage is allowed and shopping items.
  • No Bike racks are currently available.
  • Trans IV complies with all Title VI Civil Rights regulations and comes under CSI policies.
  • Passenger rules are available from the Trans IV office by calling (208) 736-2133.
  • Trans IV will ask for help from the College Refugee program for language issues.
