CSI Harvest Festival Vendors: Booth Map and Vendor Information

Are you a crafter, artist, or food vendor interested in joining one of the Magic Valley’s most popular holiday events? The CSI Harvest Festival invites vendors from across the region to showcase their work to thousands of enthusiastic shoppers.

How to Register as a Vendor

Please contact the office of Student Affairs at 208-732-6224 or harvestfest@csi.edu to register as a vendor for the Harvest Festival. You will be asked to:

1. Complete the Vendor Application
2. Submit the form along with a 50% deposit within 30 days
   • Pay the remaining balance by September 1, 2026
   • No refunds after October 1, 2026
3. Ensure all photos and documents are submitted

Reminders

The Vendor Application contains information about:

• Types of items that are acceptable to sell
• Booth sizes and add-ons
• Guidelines for electricity and electrical device usage
• Setup and event schedules
• Admission prices
• Parking
• Liability

Refer to the Vendor Map when requesting booth placement.

Home crafted goods will be given priority when booth space is limited. Backdrops, decorations, partitions, tables, tax numbers, extension cords, chairs, change, covering for dirt floor are the responsibility of the vendors.
