Tutor Matching Service (TMS)

The College of Southern Idaho Learning & Tutoring Commons does not provide one-on-one tutoring and does not employ or endorse private tutors. The Learning & Tutoring Commons provides free walk-in tutoring on a drop-in basis for a variety of subjects.

As a courtesy to students and the community, the CSI Learning & Tutoring Commons has partnered with Tutor Matching Service (TMS) to offer expanded tutoring options. TMS allows students to search for both students and non-students who offer private tutoring either online, in-person or both. Students may search for tutors based on location, subject, cost, tutor rating, etc. Many tutors offer their services for free!

Tutors on TMS do not work for CSI or the Learning & Tutoring Commons and are in no way associated with the college. They are not endorsed or employed by CSI. These are individuals offering private services through TMS. CSI is not responsible for the quality of service students receive from private tutors; this is an exclusive contract between you, Tutor Matching Service, and the private tutor. Students are urged to read and follow the TMS terms of service carefully in order to get the best experience. If you have problems with a TMS tutor please contact Tutor Matching Service (877) 919-TUTOR. They set their own fees and availability and CSI cannot guarantee the quality of the tutoring services they offer. However, TMS does offer a money-back guarantee on their tutoring services.
