How do I sign up?
Simply enroll on our CSI Storefront. You will need to fill out a liability waiver upon your first visit to the SRC.

How do I cancel auto-pay?
We hate to see you go!
You can cancel your recurring payment through the CSI Storefront or by contacting the Director at 208-732-6470.
CSI Storefront Cancellation Guide:
- If a customer has any recurring payments, they will appear in My Account > Orders. From here, users can view recurring payment details and manage the payments.
- Skip next payment skips the payment on the next payment date and recalculates the next payment date as necessary.
- Cancel payment cancels all future payments for that recurring payment.

- Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while using the facility.
- May use the basketball court and indoor track only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- May not use designated fitness areas or fitness equipment at any time.
Age 12 – 15
Age 12 – 15
- May use the basketball court and indoor track without an adult.
- May use designated fitness areas and fitness equipment only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains actively present and supervises the minor at all times.
- The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring the minor follows all facility rules and uses equipment safely and appropriately.
Age 16-17
Age 16-17
- May use the basketball court, indoor track, and designated fitness areas without an adult.
- May use weight room, cardio, and other designated fitness equipment in accordance with all facility rules.
Fitness Equipment
Use of the weight room, cardio equipment, and other designated fitness equipment is restricted to members and guests age 16 and older, with the exception that individuals ages 12–15 may use such areas and equipment when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains actively present and supervises them.
Staff may require proof of age or membership status when necessary to verify eligibility for restricted areas or equipment.
Liability Waiver
Everyone must have a current SRC liability waiver on file and those under 18 must have one signed by a parent or legal guardian. Fill out a SRC Liability Waiver Form online by clicking the link below or in-person at the front desk. *Liability waivers are good for 12 months.
