Change Your Catalog Year or Your Major

The College of Southern Idaho issues a new catalog for every academic year (fall, spring, and summer consecutive semesters). Students seeking to earn a degree or certificate from CSI must satisfy program graduation requirements, which may change from one catalog to the next. Students are responsible for remaining informed about these changes. 

To request to change your major, please do so in your MyCSI Portal by clicking MyCSI Self-Service > Academics > Change My Major. Please ensure you speak with your Student Success Advisor before doing so.

To request to change your catalog year ONLY, please fill out the Request to Change Catalog Year form and email it to Records@csi.edu via your CSI email.

Change Your Personal Information

Updating address, phone number, email is done through the MyCSI Self Service portal. 

The Student Information Update Request (PDF) is name and/or gender changes only.
