CSI President's Cabinet
President's Cabinet is comprised of senior administrators responsible for establishing and implementing the College's strategic direction under the guidance of the Board of Trustees. While each senior administrator is accountable for their individual reporting area, when gathering as the President's Cabinet, this group is also responsible to ensure the College is implementing the Strategic Plan in a collaborative, effective and efficient cross-collaborative way.
All guiding governance documents for each area of campus are discussed and approved at President's Cabinet under a model of shared governance. Members of the campus community seeking a change in a guiding document should use their reporting line to ultimately bring the change for consideration to Cabinet with ultimate approval by the President.
